Nutrition Week at Appy Kidz

Our little food explorers had a fun-filled week learning all about healthy eating and the importance of balanced nutrition.
From identifying different food types — fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and proteins — to discovering their health benefits, every activity was packed with fun, color, and learning.
